🕒 Return period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or refund due to a manufacturing defect.
After that time, unfortunately we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges.
📦 Conditions for returning a product
In order for us to process the return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Include its original packaging and all accessories.
For hygiene or safety reasons, some products cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)

Downloadable software or gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund
🔁 Changes
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged .
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please write to us at theconsolaretro@gmail.com with your order number.
The return address will be the same as the one shown on the label of the package received.
🚚 Return shipments
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping .
These expenses are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, especially for products over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt without a tracking number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
